Only God knows the issues we all deal with, past traumas, unhealed wounds, childhood baggage, generational habits. These are different types of resistances that we try to juggle with as we go through life. Sometimes though.. we don't realize the simple fact that we are ALL going through the same things.. just in different perspectives.

Humble yourself to set the ego aside. Sit down and take time out to talk on issues that simple need to be heard. Vent. Let out the frustration that has been weighing you down and also be the ear of one that needs to be heard. It brings comfort to someone knowing they can express themselves freely. There will be no opportunity for confusion or misconception if there is a feelings of understanding and an open window for communication.
